October Edition of PropertyMAX hits the Stands; Includes Properties To Let

Current edition of Property advertisement publication-PropertyMAX- has hit the stands. 

The publication specialized in advertising affordable properties from all parts of Lagos State has been in circulation among real estate agents and surveyors since August. 

However as explained by the  Editor, Mr. Olumide Agunbiade, the need to take the offerings of the company to the public is the drive behind this action.

"We have engaged in market penetration and analysis and results from this exercise have shown that expanding the horizon of our target base will  benefit the advertisers of the properties and the public as well. A lot of middle class workers can now realize the dream of owning a property because affordable properties are what we deal in." 

Contents in the current edition include detailed report on the Lagos State Real Estate Transaction Department (LASRETRAD) form for estate agents registration, cheap properties for sale from areas ranging from Ikorodu, Ketu all through to Lekki as well as available properties to let. 

Copies of the October edition are available with vendors on the Island for now. However plans are in advanced stages to cover other areas across Lagos including Oshodi, Ikeja and Ikorodu.
